How It’s WorkOur roofing crew will begin removing your old roof, down to your rafters. When we replace your roof, we take care to remove all old tiles and felt paper to give your new roof a solid, new and clean foundation to lay on.
We install ice and water shields in the valleys of your roof for extra protection against these harsh elements. Since chimney’s are one of the most common areas that leak on a roof, we’ll install ice and water shield around these areas as well for extra protection to prevent future issues.
Once all the removal, installation processes are done, our final procedure is to check complete work done on the site. Our team checks all the work for the final delivery. In this process we check the roofs, the leakages if available, so that there will be no default sign for the procedure done.
